TotoGuard Surveillance Systems ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use the TotoGuard Mobile Terminal application and our tracking services.

1. Sensitive Data Collection

To provide high-precision safety and surveillance services, our application requires access to sensitive information. We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the core functionality of the service.

• Biometric Intelligence: We collect health metrics such as heart rate and step counts from integrated hardware to monitor the well-being of the tracked node.
• Remote Media: At the operator's request, the system may capture snapshots or short audio/video clips ("Remote Capture") to verify the surroundings of a tracking node in emergency situations.

2. Use of Permissions

The TotoGuard Mobile Terminal may request the following permissions:

• Camera & Microphone: Used exclusively for two-way communication and remote visual verification between the operator and the tracking node.
• Storage: Required to cache map data and temporarily store received media (photos/voice) for offline viewing.
• Notifications: Used to dispatch high-priority SOS alerts and system status updates.

3. Data Usage & Disclosure

Your data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• Providing real-time surveillance and safety monitoring.
• Dispatching emergency SOS notifications via Email, SMS, and Push.
• Maintaining archival logs for forensic safety reviews.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with third-party service providers (like Firebase for notifications) as required for technical delivery.

4. Data Retention & Security

Telemetry data and logs are retained for a period of 90 days by default to allow for historical review, after which they are automatically purged unless specified otherwise by the administrator. We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for all data in transit.

5. Children's Privacy

While TotoGuard is often used to monitor the safety of children, our application is intended for use by adult operators (parents or legal guardians). We do not knowingly collect data from children without the explicit consent and linkage of a primary adult operator.
